Diamondback Massage Therapy’s Policies, Terms, and Conditions


Purchase of this special constitutes acceptance of Diamond Back Massage Therapy policies terms and conditions:


  • Advance Reservation

               We highly recommend that you schedule your appointment at least one week in advance to ensure your 

              preferred time is available. Walk-ins are welcome if time is available. 

              Must be at least 18 years old to receive massages and body treatment. Guests under 18 years of age must

              be accompanied by an adult.

  • Arrival to your Massage 

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. This will allow you the time to fill out your necessary medical forms and also to prepare for your Massage Therapy session. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.  


  • Cancellation Policy 

Please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation, failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and will require a $20

rescheduling fee in order to be put back on the schedule.

All services  require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 

Available packages are to be paid in full for the discounted specials to be enforced. 


  • No show/call  policy 

Clients who fail to show for any one appointment will automatically lose their refund, And will have to pre-pay 100% for future services. 


  • Policies for Groupon purchasers only  

              Clients that purchase a Groupon voucher of any two services can only be utilized by the same person.

              And has to have a valid credit card on file before scheduling a second service.

              After the initial voucher is redeemed, clients will have up to 1 month to use their second Voucher.

              If a client fails to show for any one appointment there is a $20 rescheduling fee that will be  

              automatically charged to your card on file. As of Jan,2017 There is a $20.00 min gratuity fee, for all Groupon/Living 

              social clients


  • Refunds  

All sales are final. We do not refund or offer exchanges or transfers on Packages, Specials, Gift Certificates or Groupons.


  • Payment Types

               We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover – with proper identification

               When using a CC There is a $3.00 processing fee.


  • Scope of practice 

Massage Therapy is a profession in which we apply adjunctive therapies, with the intention of positively  affecting the health and well-being of  the client (s). I do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions.

  • Professional Boundaries

Requests for sexual activities will NOT be tolerated, nor will any discussion  on said topic; there are cameras in this facility and will be viewed as solicitation and will be reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the Massage Therapy Policies and Procedures.

 Client/ Members will be terminated and the session will not resume. The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances . A professional distance and proper draping will always be maintained  

I also understand that my session will be terminated due to any form of inappropriate behavior. 

  • Existing And New Medical Conditions

It is the responsibility of the client to keep us informed of any medical treatment that you are                 under and provide me with written permission from the physician, physical therapist, chiropractor, etc. That massage therapy may continue. You must also disclose any changes in your health condition. *Please note* Clients undergoing Chemo or Radiation; it is mandatory to have a signed and dated Doctor’s note clearing you for massage therapy treatment to be rendered. 

  • Liability law’s

I understand that any services I have scheduled with Diamondback Massage Therapy may carry a risk of injury. I recognize that as a result of these services, unpredictable side effects may occur, including, but not limited to, redness of the skin, inflammation, feelings of lightheadedness, irritation of the skin, blood pressure changes, and allergic reactions. I understand that a medical evaluation is advisable before commencing any of Diamondback Massage Therapy services. I will continue to keep Diamondback Massage Therapy informed of any medical problems or changes in my physical, mental or emotional condition which may affect services that I have scheduled. I acknowledge that neither Diamondback Massage Therapy, nor its employees are engaged in diagnosing or treating medical diseases or conditions. I expressly assume all risks to me associated with any service offered by Diamondback Massage Therapy, and waive any claim which I might otherwise bring against Diamondback Massage Therapy, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, or contractors as a result of injuries resulting from or relating to my participation in one or more services. Diamondback Massage Therapy shall not be responsible or liable for any article lost or damaged in or about Diamondback Massage Therapy. Under no circumstance shall  Diamond Back Massage Therapy be liable for any delay or failure of performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control.
